Options/Preferences/General -> Display Connection centre -> HIDE

If it would pop up in the systemtray next time you'd need something from
the system tray and file the same complaint again, would you... >:->

  Taskbar!”. I have TB check for and download from three accounts
  at a 30 seconds interval and the (non-timely) pop-in appearance
  of the “Connection Centre” in the Windows Taskbar is pretty
