That makes sense. I guess that section of help is especially
confusing, at least to me.

I'll bet that is a problem. This is quite a multi-national
undertaking, but working OK, given how dispersed it is.

Are you suggesting that would mean that they were looking for the
string: 
["New" generation mailing list]  (including the ""[]'s)?
That is not what I thought the help section was saying, but maybe I'm
still a bit confused.

Actually, the help file is really this list :-). I would not have been
able to get this far (some things are working) with only the TB help.
