RE: tomcat-iis configuration
The servlets we had mapped in tomcat.conf had to be added as aliases in IIS. The same way you added "jakarta" for isapi_redirect.dll Hope this helps. RE: Tomcat IIS configuration problem
There are two issues we had when trying to setup IIS and tomcat that may help. First check that all your registry settings are correct - all the spelling should be spot on! The other issue we found was that the configuration files (tomcat/conf) were in UNIX format - the carriage returns were not recognized. We opened each and saved it in Windows formatting and the light went green and all rejoiced. Hope this helps. He says : "Check the jakarta filter you added and make sure its status shows a green upward-pointing arrow. If not, check the following: Check the worker_file setting for typos, name and data. Check the worker_mount_file setting typos, name and data. If the above are set correctly, the green upward-pointing arrow should appear, even if the other settings are wrong." RE: Tomcat IIS configuration problem
First, don't sent HTML mail to this list - there are a number of users who are not able to read these messages, therefore not allowing them to read your question, much less answer it. Second, you need to check the all the registry entries. A typo in the other portions can cause problems because the redirector can't find the worker_file and worker_mount_file pathes. Second, check that your dll file is not corrupted. This is a common problem, the best way to download it is using the .zip file and then extracting.
