Re: [SlimDevices: Touch] Touch Out of Stock at Logitech
I'm sure somebody will be happy to take it off your hands. Especially considering how difficult it is to get here in Canada. nudge nudge wink wink. -- nicketynick Wireless SB3, Denon DRA-F101, Mission M31 loudspeakers WinXP SP2 Slimserver, SMC WBR14g router http://www.last.fm/user/nicketynick/ nicketynick's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=1511 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=83473 ___ Touch mailing list Touch@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/touch
Re: [SlimDevices: Touch] Touch still not available in Canada?
Well, that's an interesting concept Of course they'll have to have something like the Receiver, for multiple installations - obviously you don't want a set-top Revue in every room! Which may also explain why the Receiver is also 'out-of-stock'... See today's Orb thread... there is going to be some serious competition at the low end. erland;579407 Wrote: > Nothing in my opinion and it's important to remember that we don't have > a clue what they are planning yet. Re: [SlimDevices: Touch] Touch still not available in Canada?
Where the beginning was when Logitech bought SD.. What does a set-top box have to do with audio? I mean, I can see their point, most people are doing everything through their AVRs, so that's where the market is. But obviously there are a few schlepps around here for whom the TV is secondary. Heck, all I have is an old 20" CRT, and its never on except for a bit of news occasionally. I'm afraid our SB products are on the road to obsolescence. Glad I've kept copies of the older, stabler servers. I'll miss the 'web-enabled' plugins like SuperDateTime, but at least I'll still have the music functionality. Certainly glad I didn't shell out for a Transporter! -- nicketynick Wireless SB3, Denon DRA-F101, Mission M31 loudspeakers WinXP SP2 Slimserver, SMC WBR14g router http://www.last.fm/user/nicketynick/ nicketynick's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=1511 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=81359 ___ Touch mailing list Touch@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/touch
