Que eu saiba,existe, sim, checagem de HD para Linux. Se sua partição for Reiserfs, use reiserfsck. Comece com reiserfsck --check [partição] Exemplo de argumento de partição: /dev/hd1. Para conhecer todos os argumentos que pode utilizar, digite reiserfsc -h Se sua partição for ext2 (pouco provável), há o comando e2fsck. Com certeza existe um comando para as partições ext3, também, pois até para ntfs há. eu RECOMENDARIA FORTEMENTE usar o proprio programa do fabricante do seu HD nao sei se tem versao dele para Linux (provavelmente nao), mas eh a escolha mais sensata...
