[Bug 1854753] [NEW] Menus aren't populated first time
Public bug reported: If you navigate using the mouse to a menu that has a submenu, for example View -> Toolbars, sometimes the first time you do so, the submenu is empty and only shows as a very small grey rectangle. If you then move the mouse pointer away from the menu, click in the middle of a web page, wait a few seconds, and then try the submenu again, the submenu is appears correctly. Thunderbird 68.2.1 is also affected by this problem. [Bug 1854756] [NEW] Menus aren't populated first time
Public bug reported: If you navigate using the mouse to a menu that has a submenu, for example View -> Toolbars, sometimes the first time you do so, the submenu is empty and only shows as a very small grey rectangle. If you then move the mouse pointer away from the menu, click in the middle of a web page, wait a few seconds, and then try the submenu again, the submenu is appears correctly. Firefox 70.0.1 is also affected by this problem, and I have reported it in bug 1854753. [Bug 1854748] Re: Tooltips don't disappear on changing workspace
This is similar to bug 744795, but not the same because that bug is about launcher icon tooltips, while this one is about tooltips within applications. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1854748 Title: Tooltips don't disappear on changing workspace To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/unity/+bug/1854748/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 1854748] [NEW] Tooltips don't disappear on changing workspace
Public bug reported: If you hover the mouse pointer over something with a tooltip (popup help message), such as the lock icon in the Firefox URL bar, then the tooltip appears. If you then switch workspace using a keypress (I use ctrl- cursor keys), the tooltip stays and covers whatever is displayed in the new workspace. The tooltip only disappears when you move the mouse pointer over it.
