[Bug 1866686] Re: 20.04 Xubuntu does not resume from suspend
I uninstalled xfce4-screensaver for another reason: The system took ~30 secs to suspend. By uninstalling xfce4-screensaver both the problems disappeared. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1866686 Title: 20.04 Xubuntu does not resume from suspend To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xfce4-power-manager/+bug/1866686/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 1866686] Re: 20.04 Xubuntu does not resume from suspend
Previously I saw a black screen after entering password, or I just saw the lightdm window unresponding to mouse and keyboard events. Then I "purged" xfce4-screensaver and now when I open the lid I enter my password and it logs in properly.
[Bug 1889422] [NEW] Touchpad moves the cursor very slowly on ASUS F82Q
Public bug reported: Previously, I used ubuntu 18.04 or earlier versions on this old laptop without this problem. When I was installing ubuntu 20.04 from a USB stick, I noticed that the touchpad moved the cursor very slowly -- so slow that I had never seen before. The system is dual boot. In the other OS, the touchpad works fine. To show the problem I have prepared two short videos (see the file cursor-speed.zip). As can be seen in the videos, in both the "mouse speed" and "touchpad speed" are deliberately set to the minimum in "Mouse and Touchpad" settings. And in both I try to stop the video recorder as fast as I can. These two videos compare the speed of mouse with that of touchpad. [Bug 1875292] Re: Double click on window titlebar pass through to what's below
I am facing a similar problem, but unlike the case of the bug reporter, in my case it happens when "double-click on top bar of window to minimize" feature is not enabled. I have never enabled that feature. My original description of the bug: https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1888975 I'd like to emphasize that in my case if right behind the titlebar there is another window (not desktop), the double click on the titlebar is not transferred to that window or to desktop. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1875292 Title: Double click on window titlebar pass through to what's below To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mutter/+bug/1875292/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
