It affects me, but I have the package dropbox installed (the package from Dropbox's website) as opposed to nautilus-dropbox. If you upgrade your BIOS to 6.60 while in Windows, it worked for me for a little while on 13.04, but then I switched to UEFI booting and it stopped. I can get headphones and audio jack devices to work, but the speakers won't.
