Same problem here - only occurring since upgrade to Natty on Dell XPS M1330 with Intel GMA. Seemingly completely random reboot of X, only I'm not dumped to the terminal but back to the X login. I'm using Gnome rather than Unity. I've attached a log showing the seg fault.
