I have no SCSI HDD. But last time I checked after installing some updates the SCSI drive icon is gone and there was nothing there. But the "filesystem" icon was still gone. I also have this problem with a clean gutsy install. I'm using a wired connection and it takes 20+ seconds to load a new page. This is the only problem that is keeping me from moving fully to ubuntu.
