This is caused by wireless driver. [Bug 923102] [NEW] Ubuntu freezes with AMD APU C-60 and Radeon HD 6290
Public bug reported: 1) Ubuntu 11.10 2) Privative drivers of AMD graphic card (from repos) 3,4) I just installed Ubuntu 11.10 in my laptop and update all software (apt-get upgrade). I installed privative drivers for the graphic card included, when I boot it for the first time, I see a watermark of AMD saying that my hardware is not supported but work fine. When I reboot the pc, I don't see the watermark but always my pc will freezes.
