[Bug 1387219] Re: Mouse pointer disappears and cursor stops blinking

This bug happens whenever opening any application. workaround on
disabling "unknown monitor" in system settings seems to work temporarily
but needs to be done on every boot.

Re: [Bug 1] Re: Microsoft has a majority market share

2013-05-30 Thread Mark Cariaga
Great job Ubuntu! It's time to file a regression... Localized bug
perhaps... It's the lack of retail presence (e.g. Walmart, best buy, etc)
of Ubuntu desktop and laptops in North America. And yes, there are
popular online stores here, but not that much physical stores yet.

[Bug 1155093] Re: Stormcloud not available for 13.04

2013-04-17 Thread Mark Cariaga
13.04 is still in development. It's unfair to judge the developer for
supporting an OS that is not officially released. some applications may
may working on a development release but we at this stage we should be
more cognescant and support.

Not all Ubuntu users are developers, personally I appreciate paid apps
that provide great support. There are people that are great hackers and
appreciates free and open software, and I have high respect for them.
But not all ubuntu users are hackers just like myself.
