[Bug 1305452] Re: [Dell Latitude E6520] System problem report detected

2014-04-22 Thread Vincent Ouwehand
After updates in Kubuntu on April 11th i have not had the popup messages
anymore. I did do the update to the new bios/firmware just in case. Will
be hard to confirm this was the cause.

[Bug 1282438] Re: When typing in grouped modus characters appear double in other split-screen

2014-03-20 Thread Vincent Ouwehand
*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 819775 ***
https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/819775

Okay, i ran into an old bug for Ubuntu that was the same (never saw it
before or i would not have posted the bug here). It seems that IBUS in
KUbuntu 14.04 is still a problem. I removed it and since it works fine.

I guess this confirms two things
1: It is a bug, but not in terminator
2: IBUS is the cause.

Now to find out what ibus does to make sure i don't need it.

** This bug has been marked a duplicate of bug 819775
Broadcasting input across multiple terminator windows repeats keypresses
many times
