[Bug 565262] Re: the hotkeys are always in qwerty

2010-05-25 Thread canatella
I'm experiencing the same problem under gnome, with gnome terminal for
example on 10.4. The main keyboard here is an azerty/be one. I
personnally use a qwerty/us one. In my session, to do a control-a I need
to actually press control-q. The normal layout is changed but not the
one with the modifier key. Running xev I can see that the right key are
received by the X server:

[Bug 228363] Re: Hauppauge PVR-150 with no audio after upgrading to Hardy

2009-12-29 Thread canatella
I have the same problem here one Karmic. I have a PVR 150 card and an
analog bt484 one. When the PVR 150 card device is created by udev under
/dev/video1 the audio does not work. Forcing udev to put it under
/dev/video0 fixed the problem for me.

Is this an image for Hardy and where to find it ?

[Bug 69340] Re: Edgy suspend/hibernate fail (regression worked in Dapper)

*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 67710 ***

See my comments and lspci output in bug #69005. I also have an intel
chipset. I have tried to boot using init=/bin/bash and unload all
module. The only ones that were loaded were for sata and ext3. doing a

# echo mem /sys/power/state

Triggered the problem. Suspend worked correctly but not resume. I think
this issue has nothing to do with video but more with the linux kernel.

*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 67710 ***

As you can read in my lspci output (lspci output for sony vaio FS415M) I
don't have that video card. Also, resume did not work in single user
mode, with only the disk and filesystem drive modules loaded. So I don't
think it's linked to the video driver.

same problem here with a vaio FS415M. It worked with dapper (kernel
2.6.15). I tried kernel 2.6.18.1 and 2.6.19-rc4 but it's the same

crash and I need to do a hard reset.
