[Bug 445813] Re: remote desktop not updating client
*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 353126 *** https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/353126 I have the same issue as well. I have done a complete wipe and reinstall of 9.10 and still no luck. There are bug solutions out there that state that by turning off desktop effects that will fix the refresh on the vnc. That is not the case with my install. I have all desktop effects turned off and I'm still having the same problem. Item to note, I am running the restricted driver from nvidia. I was really hoping that this was resolved by now, but I have not had a functional vnc since Hardy. -- remote desktop not updating client https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/445813 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 101914] usb storage drive does not automount
Public bug reported: My usb harddrive does not auto mount as it did within Edgy. I don't even have the option to right click the device to mount within computer:///. [Bug 73227] Re: [feisty] some partitions do not appear in Places menu
I'm having the same issue. (I think) My usb harddrive does not auto mount as it did within Edgy. I don't even have the option to right click the device to mount within computer:///. Hal shows the device connects, but nothing beyond that happens. I need to manually mount the device to access the data. This feature worked great in Edgy, and to remove it would be taking a step back! ** Attachment added: hal log http://librarian.launchpad.net/7095984/hal.log -- [feisty] some partitions do not appear in Places menu https://launchpad.net/bugs/73227 -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
