[Bug 424290] [NEW] wicd - crashes in a way it can't fin any networks, but still reacting to user input.
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: wicd WICD 1.6.2.2-1 with the following wireless card: 06:00.0 Network controller: Intel Corporation PRO/Wireless 3945ABG [Golan] Network Connection (rev 02) The program finds and connects to the wireless network normally, but then after a few minutes (sometimes even right after system start up) it disconnects and says it cannot find ANY wireless networks - though there are several ones available (I can see with the other computer). Also it's not a defect of the wireless card, as this one works flawlessly under windoze. ubuntu intrepid ** Affects: wicd (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: wicd wireless -- wicd - crashes in a way it can't fin any networks, but still reacting to user input. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/424290 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
