Adding irqpoll to your bboot options should solve the issue. I had the looping sound issue as well as intermittent wi-fi issues on my MSI Vr320. Adding irqpoll solved everything. I don't know if it is somehow related, but some windows (e.g.: confirmations and customize box) keep showing in full screen and cannot be resized.
