[Bug 880877] [NEW] Ubuntu 11.10 does not recognize monitor at start-up.
Public bug reported: All other versions display correctly. Ubuntu 11.10 takes my monitor setting/s down to 59.9. There is no way to change in terminal because the processes of the PC are not visible after computer LOGO. I expected to update to 11.10. I'm not sure if the update was successful. What actually happened: PC doesn't show processes after Update to 11.10. I chose bootstrap so I could go on. In the future after I understand this OS I can dump it!! Does not work with the (alpha 4) 2.6.26-5 or the 2.6.27-2 kernels. When plugging my wacom graphire 4 tablet in, hotplugging seems to work, as I can move the mouse around with the stylus, but pressing down with the tip causes the input to hang on the down click event.
