[Bug 1307044] Re: Unity looses mouse click handler when using enabling USB headset
Having the same issue with 14.04 and the Logitech H800 headset. Additionally the System UI seems to be affected as well (different font, applications look like decoration is missing or altered - chrome / eclipse). A while after booting I am missing the mouse pointer on the screen while still being able to issue clicks and hover over elements. Removing the USB dongle solves the problem on the next boot. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1307044 Title: Unity looses mouse click handler when using enabling USB headset To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xorg/+bug/1307044/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 811604] Re: uvcdynctrl spams uvcdynctrl-udev.log and fills up filesystem
chmod 000 to /var/log/uvcdynctrl-udev.log does not work, don't bother trying. I removed the package, hope this will solve the problem. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/811604 Title: uvcdynctrl spams uvcdynctrl-udev.log and fills up filesystem To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libwebcam/+bug/811604/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 811604] Re: uvcdynctrl spams uvcdynctrl-udev.log and fills up filesystem
I had the same issue, I was running out of disk space and was unable to race the write process. This is a serious bug, please fix it. uvcdynctrl-udev.log has grown to 50G which is a respectable amount on my SSD. Is there a workaround meanwhile to deny a process writing to that file? Maybe chmod 000 on /var/uvcdynctrl-udev.log ?
[Bug 898870] Re: Grid placed window overlaps the adjacent viewport
Thanks for #13! Going to http://wiki.compiz.org/Plugins/Grid and following the build instructions not only fixed the problem, but I also have the 1/3.1/4,1/5 Horizontal Splits again! Thank you so much! One thing I notices was that I got a compile error fatal error: boost/function.hpp: No such file or directory compilation terminated. Which was fixed by installing the libboost-dev package.
