[Bug 385764] [NEW] Brasero fails to burn (2 times) the same .iso image

2009-06-10 Thread Wilhelm Camacho
Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: brasero

Ubuntu Jaunty
Brasero 2.26.1

First, I make the ISO image, and works fine, then, I star the burning

the real burning process, and fails.

the message is "unexpected error", almost at the middle of the burning
process.

I repeat the burning process, with another CD, the same ISO image, the
same process and appears the same message.

[Bug 148996] "ATI card (ATI Radeon® Xpress 1150 256MB HyperMemoryTM (integrated)) won't run beryl"

2007-10-04 Thread David Wilhelm
Public bug reported:

On Ubuntu 7:4 I tried to install it and i came up with errors telling me
that my x server was messed up. So i fixed that problem and when i got
it up and running i wanted beryl to run on my OS and it wouldn't because
of the my ATI video card. I know ATI promised to release the drivers
soon but i have not found them yet. When i tried to download the 7.10
Beta i got the same problem only this time i didn't have any X server
problems. I was wondering if their was a driver i could install to get
beryl to run on my notebook. I am using an Dell Inspiron 1501 with an
ATI Radeon® Xpress 1150 256MB HyperMemoryTM (integrated)4 video card.
If someone can find a driver, or a solution to the problem that would be
great! Email me at [EMAIL PROTECTED] Thanks!

Alternatively doing a network-upgrade from Gutsy (7.10) to Hardy (8.04)
by using the »alternate cd install« works fine.
