Do we know if libkxl is still actively maintained by the Debian Games Team? Debian still builds their kernel with snd-pcm-oss module, so they don't have to use padsp. I thought I wrote a comment last week about this, but I must have forgotten to hit the post button or something... Anyway, one can get around the no sound card error by reverting the 40_nonlinux.diff patch and using padsp.
