Seems to be a bug in the package from virtualbox.org.

As a workaround you can remove /var/lib/dkms/vboxdrv,
/var/lib/dkms/vboxnetadp and /var/lib/dkms/vboxnetflt

/var/lib/dkms/vboxdrv/3.2.8/source/ is a symlink to
/usr/src/vboxdrv-3.2.8, which no longer exists.
