Quite obviously the one who produces a mess has the obligation to do everything to tidy it up. Thus I strongly reject this rebuke. Usually it's a requirement that the actual person who's affected files the change, when it is to do with things relating to user accounts. It's often safe that way, to ensure that the person really wants the change to be made. Thus, your comments are out of place - and are also quite antagonistic. You can ask the launchpad administrators by e-mail to remove the mail adress and my posting about you putting it in here. I would greatly appreciate that. Whether or not the text of the original notification mail is repeated depends upon your email clients' personal settings only. I recommend you do not have it repeat the original text when answering to launchpad. This only produces redundant text, aside from the danger of making people mail spam victims. Sorry, I am replying directly from the e-mail. As far as I know, the e-mail address can't be deleted now. Where are the licensing/copyright notices supposed to be located? I downloaded the Ubuntu package from the main Jabbin website and it gets a dependency problem with not being able to find package libssl0.9.7. I sure wish there was a solution to the Linux dependency messes so this stuff wouldn't happen. This seems like it'd be a great program and a good open source alternative to Skype. I hope some clients will pick up the video streaming capabilities of Jingle as well, and perhaps Jabbin will do so. -- [needs-packaging] Jabbin https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/95670 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
