[Bug 987674] Re: Dash maximise button changed location
Hello Alan, or anyone else affected, Accepted unity into precise-proposed. The package will build now and be available at http://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/unity/5.14.0-0ubuntu1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository. Please help us by testing this new package. See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation how to enable and use -proposed. Your feedback will aid us getting this update out to other Ubuntu users. If this package fixes the bug for you, please change the bug tag from verification-needed to verification-done. If it does not, change the tag to verification-failed. In either case, details of your testing will help us make a better decision. Further information regarding the verification process can be found at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/QATeam/PerformingSRUVerification . Thank you in advance! ** Changed in: unity (Ubuntu Precise) Status: In Progress => Fix Committed ** Tags added: verification-needed -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/987674 Title: Dash maximise button changed location To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/unity/+bug/987674/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 987674] Re: Dash maximise button changed location
I have latest precise-proposed with updated Unity 5.12 installed. I'm seeing blur update problems in addition to the shifted maximize button. This might be related to the fact that I'm using a netbook with GMA 950 graphics, which forces the non-GLSL codepath in Nux. I can reliably reproduce this bug after a restart of Unity. It's hard to describe, take a look at the screenshot. ** Attachment added: "WmzI8.png" https://bugs.launchpad.net/unity/+bug/987674/+attachment/3124135/+files/WmzI8.png -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/987674 Title: Dash maximise button changed location To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/unity/+bug/987674/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 987674] Re: Dash maximise button changed location
You can also reproduce this by: 1. maximising the dash and then closing it 2. running unity --replace & disown in the terminal 3. opening the dash and clicking the maximise button. I have an nvidia card running the proprietary driver. ** Attachment added: "screenshot of bug" https://bugs.launchpad.net/unity/+bug/987674/+attachment/3124134/+files/Screenshot%20from%202012-05-02%2001%3A03%3A55.png -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/987674 Title: Dash maximise button changed location To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/unity/+bug/987674/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
