After reading this I got the att rebranded straight talk sim to work ala, /var/lib/ofono//gprs [context1] Name=STRAIGHT_TALk AccessPointName=tfdata Username= Password= Type=internet Protocol=ip I'm ok with tony's synopsis -- you can't make this work out of the box with mvno's, and in general that's a carrier thing anyway. @Paul There is no test package forthcoming. Again, MVNOs require user intervention to make them work. When provisioning we use three attributes to look up the APN, the SPN ( read from the SIM card ), the MNC ( network code ), and MCC ( country code ). There are two failure cases possible: 1. The SPN is "Straighttalk", and no entries exist in the DB. Could we fix this? Possibly, but in my opinion it's not worth the trouble as none of the other phone OSes seem to deal with MVNO ( hence the instructions on their website ). If this is the case, I'll mark this as Wishlist. 2. The SPN is "T-Mobile", in which case you'll always get the wrong APN.
