[Bug 182927] Re: Update FreeMind to 0.9.0 RC6
@Eric L.: I am running Ubuntu 9.10 x64. I had the same problem as Radek (#38) when using the repository: deb http://eric.lavar.de/comp/linux/debian/ experimental/ When I added the repository: deb http://eric.lavar.de/comp/linux/debian/ ubuntu/ and updated to freemind-0.9.0~rc6+dfsg-1ubuntu0, the problem went away and FreeMind seems to be running fine. I also the same .mm files Troff association as Tim (#37). Running: sudo update-mime-database /usr/share/mime created the mapping for me. The .mm files now identify as FreeMind Map, and double clicking from Nautilus opens the file successfully in FreeMind. Thanks for your work. There are no more outstanding issues for me with your FreeMind 0.9.0 RC6 package using the above setup and changes. -- Update FreeMind to 0.9.0 RC6 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/182927 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 235946] Re: No Appropriate Viewer Error in Hardy 64
I am also running into this issue on Kubuntu Hardy x86_64 when installing flashplugin-nonfree, although I see one extra error line: Flash Plugin installed. *** NSPlugin Viewer *** preloader not found nspluginwrapper: no appropriate viewer found for /usr/lib/flashplugin-nonfree/libflashplayer.so The same error is reproducible when running 'nspluginwrapper -i' manually. nspluginwrapper version: 0.9.91.6-1ubuntu1 It looks like the 'no appropriate viewer' error is printed after a non- ok status is returned from 'detect_plugin_viewer' in nspluginwrapper's npw-config.c. If I had to guess, I would say in my case the viewer is trying to run but encounters some kind of error ('preloader not found'), and in stephenb's case, the viewer is either not found or has some different kind of error (one that doesn't print out any error messages). Funny that the version in the repository seems to be newer than the latest announced version on the maintainer's website =) -- No Appropriate Viewer Error in Hardy 64 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/235946 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
