It looks like /dev/sdb2 is just a standard ext4 filesystem. You should be
able to just mount it anywhere. You can try mount /dev/sdb2 /mnt to mount
it at /mnt.

hello,

I have a disk from an old and dead NAS server. It has LOT of useful data. I 
want to be careful with this, so can someone pl guide me how can i safely mount 
it and use it? NAS was Linux based ZyXEL.
