Hi Javad
Whenever I have encountered strange audio problems I have usually found a 
solution by installing the Pulse Audio Volume Control (pavucontrol in Synaptic) 
and playing around with the settings for input and output devices.

I should have have perhaps added that I only encounter this problem when I
plug in  3.5 mm headphone...

Nope still nothing works. Mp3 files work fine. Its just the audio in
steaming sites I.e YouTube that doesn't work for me.
