Include actual kernel
we introduced unattended at a large customer's site and are very very happy with it. We also managed a bunch of unsolved problems, like booting and installing from DVD, building menus for different keyboard layouts and for deciding whether to load USB and PCMCIA-Support or not, as there are some machines, which only work without loading one or both of the supports mentioned above. Now my question: ATM, we are working with 4.7. Is there any howto available, on how to build a kernel image with a newer kernel, especially on how to include the fitting initrd? I would be very pleased, If you could help me to get further, as the customer always has got quite new hardware which needs a newer kernel for support.
