*Location:* Plano, TX

*Duration*: Contract



Note :- Need Passport No For submission in case of H1B , OPT, GC EAD and
Photo id need in case of GC and USC



Job details:
1. Resource with knowledge on SDLC lifecycle with having performed
Architect role and responsibilities in a multivendor environment.
2. Responsibilities will include Problem definition, Solution Evaluation
and Recommendation, Product/Solution development, documentation etc..
3. Good with Oral and written communications
4. Hands on experience on Contact Center technologies like call routing,
IVR, CTI.
5. Knowledge on Telephony infrastructure - IP, VoIP.
6. Hands on IVR development experience will also be required.
7. Knowledge on Cloud Contact Center solutions will be a added advantage.
