For question #1,
You can use *env.java.opts* to customize java opts for all flink JVMs,
including JM and TM.
Or you can use *env.java.opts.jobmanager* or
*env.java.opts.taskmanager* accordingly
for JM or TM.
For question #2,
You can use* -C* to specify user classpaths when invoking *flink run*. The
option description is as below,
*"classloader on all nodes in the cluster. The paths must specify a
protocol (e.g. file://) and be " + "accessible on all nodes (e.g. by means
of a NFS share). You can use this option multiple " + "times for specifying
more than one URL. The protocol must be supported by the " + "{@link
java.net.URLClassLoader}."*
I think it should work.
