Lucian,

Maybe the rpms contain the nonoss components but i don't think the debs do. I 
used that repo to upgrade to 4.2 and the VMware features aren't working.

Hi David,

I thought http://cloudstack.apt-get.eu/ contains the non-oss bits as
well. Have you tried it?
