Hi :) I think on Windnows and GnuLinux (using a Gnome or other non-KDE desktop environment) it's Tools and then either Languages nad/or Options. The Options pop-up has a LOT of settings that are worth exploring. Mac and perhaps KDE too seem to be a bit different.
