Hi There seems to be a "known bug" somewhere in the queue management. Under some circumstances, messages start getting queued in kannel queue and are not released until kannel is restarted. Restarting only an smsc does not freeup those messages. I've been trying to best pin-point this but was not able to. I've seen this with smpp and modems. Hope can provide more info about this issue but so far got nothing clear.
