I remember some kind of problem related to this. It's been fixed in 4.1.2.

In the generated source file is a JavaScript function like:

(employeeSelectionBox_avail));
tapestry.palette.selectAll(dojo.byId('employeeSelectionBox'));
}
but this function is never called.
Does anyone have an idea what's wrong on this?
