The one-time watering screen works fine for me.  As I said, the only
issue I found was the selection of zones when setting up a schedule.
Other than that I would put the application down as fully accessible.

Another item of note is that the developer has been very good at
accepting accessibility suggestions and is fairly willing to work at
making updates that are needed.

That's very helpful. In Bill Holton's review, he noted, "There's also a 
one-time watering screen. Unfortunately, the  timer dial control is completely 
inaccessible both on the iOS and the Android app." Have you encountered this 
problem? I wonder if that problem might have been solved by the developer.

I use the Rachio app and find it very accessible.  The only real issue
