Hi Alan. No problem. Siri can read emails, text messages, notifications, and anything you search for on Wikipedia. Hi guys. If you look in the mail archive, somebody posted an article with 7 cool Siri tricks. One of them was reading email. If you have multiple email messages, you can say to Siri, for example, "Read the first one." If you tell her to read the first one, she'll read the email out to you aloud. Although I did notice when she read emails from this list, she doesn't read the enitre email. She only reads the threads at the top of digest emails and then part of the first thread depending how long it is. Of course, there may be a way to ask her to read the first or second or whatever number of the message you want to hear. I have not tried that yet. Hi, I actually closed mail and took it out of the app switcher. I asked Siri if I had any email. She, actually he, said I had one email and asked if I wanted it to be read. I said yes, and the entire message was read, subject and all.
