How does this work? Like a mobile phone where you can make a call

Psion Revo Epoc Spell and Thesaurus Software (OT?)

2004-06-12 Thread Reg Whitely

Hello Fellow WAMUGgers

We bought mother in law a lovely little Psion Revo Plus Handheld
computer especially so she could solve crossword and word sleuth
puzzles. Now some "dumb bunny" has deleted the app from the computer
and lost the system disk. Not mil.

 (Win install only!:-( ))

Can someone help please with a source for original system disk or for
the specific app needed?

Quoted from: http://www.ericlindsay.com/epoc/bspell5.htm

"Psion Epoc Spell and Thesaurus"

"The best miniature spelling checker on the planet

Spelling checker and thesaurus application in Psion Epoc.

The spelling checker is a Lernout and Hauspie product licenced by
Psion. It includes the spelling checker for files or sections of files.
Amusingly it doesn't know about Psion (or Epoc), and suggests poison as
a spelling. Unfortunately, the spelling checker does not include
definitions (no room in the ROM)."
