Re: iPad/iPhone transfer port

2012-03-22 Thread Ronda Brown
Hi Adrian,

I'm pleased it is sorted. I did not want you not being able to transfer your
Blood Pressure readings. Keeping Blood Pressure readings is very important!

I have to take my blood pressure regularly and keep records of the Blood
Pressure readings for my Doctors.
My blood pressure has "White Coat Syndrome" ... if it is taken in the Doctor's
surgery it is always high, but anywhere else and it is OK ;-)

Cheers,
Ronni

Re: iPad/iPhone transfer port

2012-03-22 Thread Adrian Skehan
Thanks Ronni!

It was simpler than ABC, all I had to do on the iPhone was answer "No" to the
question "Have I started an iBP Transfer Server on one device" instead if "Yes"
and it worked fine. If you say "Yes" it shows the computer IP address and
asks for the Server Port # but when you say "No" it gives you the IPv4 Address
and a Port # to put into the second device.

Thanks again.

Regards,

Adrian

Hi Adrian,

I have not used this App, but their Support gives this information:

5. I have multiple iOS devices can I transfer iBP data between them?

There are three ways to transfer your data between devices: Wifi Transfer,
iTunes File Sharing or CSV Restore.
Wifi Transfer is the easiest method provided you have a Wifi network and it is
located on the More view.
Details on iTunes File Sharing and CSV Restore can be found in Backup/Restore
which is also located on the More view.

iPad/iPhone transfer port

2012-03-21 Thread Adrian Skehan
Good afternoon all!

I am trying to transfer iBP data between my iPhone and iPad, it looks simple
enough but it requires the IP address and Port number. Both devices
automattically show the same IP address but I cant seem to determine what the
Port # is. Any suggestions will be appreciated!

Regards,

Adrian
