This works fine on most wikis, but it's very fragile, and indeed in meta there's an extra form before that one (a button to mark all pages as visited), which makes its index be 1 instead of 0. I am adding a patch that adds a name and an id to the namespace selector form, but please bear in mind that: 1) It's my first mediawiki patch 2) I couldn't find the file browsing svn; I used the version on the docs, at http://svn.wikimedia.org/doc/SpecialWatchlist_8php-source.html (I assume it is up to date; for reference, the revision number is r62890 as I write this) 3) I used WinMerge to generate the patch, and I'm not sure about the configurations. It should be ok, but please double-check 4) I don't know about mediawiki php naming conventions; I tried to guide myself by the other entries in the SpecialWatchlist.php file 5) I also made another change that may or may not break something: I removed a name=dummy from the enotif_reset submit button. I'm not sure why it was there, and I'm not sure the function Xml::submitButton() can be called without its second argument, but I thought it could be something someone forgot to remove. I'm having a problem when saving a page using a partial form.
For some reason, symbols get converted into � (Firefox) or ? (Internet
Explorer).
For example, a new page is created using a partial form for 'template1'. This
is the result, when you save the form and than use the normal edit view:

On my wiki, regardless of the length of time my cookie is set for, PHP's garbage collection (or Debian's cron script) will remove PHP sessions older than gc_maxlifetime, which causes the user to need to log in again - by default, after 1 hour. Not popular in my office! Problem description:
When editing a page containing a fullurl link, it gets corrupt:
Correct link: [{{fullurl:somepage|action=edit}} change]
When entering Rich-mode, the link obviously gets corrupt and looks something
like this:
[{{fullurl:somepage#124;action=edit}} change]
Entering Rich- mode a second time, the url now becomes;
[{{fullurl:somepageamp;#124;action=edit}} change]
The third time:
[{{fullurl:somepageamp;amp;#124;action=edit}} change]
End of test.
It looks like the fullurl syntax is unknown to the FCKeditor (converter at some
level), and the escape sequence produced is also not handled in a consistent
manner.

The latest update of LdapAuthentication that came out this weekend
broke our LDAP authenticated wikis.
While I'm not a PHP expert, it would seem there's an errant '.' at the
end of line 1324 in LdapAuthentication.php (white space trimmed, line 1325
included) :

If I remove the errant '.', my sites come back just fine. If that's not the
