When the placeholder is clicked, the image being click would be loaded asynchronously. This functionality has a variety of uses: * "safer" browsing in environments where you may be confronted with surprising images (at work, during presentations, etc.) * much, much faster load times on mobile devices or even on desktop devices It should be fairly easy to implement this with JavaScript/jQuery, I think? It might need some server-side support as well. I think there's a fairly strong case for putting this into MediaWiki core, but I'd settle for an extension. By default, only the ones that were passed to the parent are passed on, but this is annoying if you want to enhance the run, setting other variables. r101454 removed the global abuse I set to work around it, but even then, this shouldn't be needed. Expected behaviour is that the Narayam icon is only visible when using a user language that has input methods defined (use for example "?uselang=ta". Need more info after you have used the above settings. For my usage, I don't care one bit about the actual date of the dump. I just want to download it, extract and apply it. If the archive is actually the latest, i'm ok with that. However, the current bug is not about the dump folder structure, but about the mismatch between the file names from the folder and the file names from the md5sums file. The problem is in `makeList' function and MediaWiki parser. MediaWiki parsers
thinks a list item is finished by newline; while `makeList' function adds
