This ensures flexibility for the users to select any of the available options or their own system keyboards (which may already have been locally configured to be used for Devanagari input). If they choose to use any of the input methods available through ULS, it will be used for subsequent visits as well, until they clear the browser cache. The selection can be done using the Universal Language Selector's panel (can be displayed using the cog icon next to the interlanguage links on the Sanskrit Wikipedia). Input Methods can be selected by users even if they are not logged-in. Hope this helps. (Please don't use ; having to parse the data from a comment node sucks.) As to what data should be sent: Navigation Timing data will tell us the total time it took the user's browser to retrieve and render the search result page, so what we want are figures that can tell us the portion of that time that was taken up by Cirrus. If you want to be very granular, and provide timing data for different parts of the total request processing time, that's fine too. That sounds like the segfault issue we have when generating code coverage report (bug 43972 which has a bunch of stacktrace).
