Are you implying that those monolingual language code I'm submitting does not represent anything useful? nan/cdo/hak-Hant/hans are language-script combinations being used to write wikipedia articles, and vi-hani, ko-kore, ja-Kyujitai are used to name people and things in respective countries. How do you write the name of "Ho Chi Minh City" in Vietnamese Han nom? The only place providing this info in wikidata for now is in the Japanese alias for the entry name. How about "Kim Jong-Il" in ko-Kore? Look at the Slovak alias. CHANGES TO TASK DESCRIPTIONMost Indic-language sites and Commons, which use opensearch for search queries, appear to process characters such as ढ़ढ़, য়য়, ਖ਼ਖ਼, and ଡ଼ଡ଼—note that these are combined, i.e. //not// already decomposed into a consonant and a nukta—appropriately when they are present in search queries, returning appropriate suggestions. (The bolding of the text within the search suggestions corresponding to what was typed does not appear, but that's not quite as troublesome of a matter.)...To see 1) for yourself, you can change your interface language to Bengali, copy the text "বিষয়য়শ্রেণী:" ("Category:" in Bengali) and paste it into Wikidata's search box, and see no category pages pop up. Change the "য়"য়" in that word to "য + ়", after removing the two spaces and the plus from that quotation, and such category pages will appear. To see 2) for yourself, change the "য + ়" back to "য়"য়" and add "উইকিপিডিয়া"য়া" (Wikipedia) to the end, and the results shown will not changeIf wbsearchentities does not already normalize the Unicode data passed to it in the "search" parameter, then it becomes really problematic since input methods for languages such as Bengali and Hindi are not always guaranteed to output letters containing nukta as separate characters.

This also assumes that we’re storing the (in)validation info (the map of page IDs to revision IDs, see comment) inside the JSON blob – I suppose it could also be stored separately, but I’m not sure if that has any advantage.

(Depending on the first “I’m not sure” above, result_entity_id may also be another column of wbqc_results.) constraint_id here is a numeric ID assigned to constraints, not the constraint_guid we currently have – we need to update the wbqc_constraints table to add this ID as a primary key, so that we don’t have to store and join against the >40-character string constraint GUID.
When checking constraints, we first get the cached results from wbqc_results (via result_entity_id). We parse the JSON and get the map of page IDs to revision IDs, and check the page table to see if the revision ID is still the page_latest for that page. If yes, we use the cached results, otherwise we do the whole constraint checking process and finally store the results back in wbqc_results.
When looking for all violations of a constraint (which could be part of T180582: List of all constraint violations?), we join wbqc_results, the unnamed second table from above, and wbqc_constraints, and get the wbqc_results.result_json where the wbqc_constraints.constraint_guid is the given constraint GUID.
When looking for all violations of a property (which is T180582: List of all constraint violations? as originally stated), we do the same thing but look for all constraints where wbqc_constraints.pid is the given property ID.

CachingConstraintLookup (from T89349: [Task] Only query constraints table once per property) should already ensure that all constraint checks for the same constraint operate on the same Constraint object, so we could use that to cache the constraint parameters. Currently, we store a slightly transformed version of the constraint parameters on the check result.
