WiX doesn't have a UI control that will show files in a file-explorer window.
You'll probably have to write a custom action that opens one.

[WiX-users] File explorer dialog

Hi,

I am looking for some examples of a File Explorer dialog that allows
navigating directories and listing files in them.
I need this capability to enable searching the machine for a SSL certificate
to add in the iis website.

Appreciate any help on this.
