PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: a.. Document business requirements b.. Document As-is and To-be Process flows. c.. Evaluate business process implications of system requirements and make appropriate redesign recommendations. d.. Translate Business Requirements into Functional Designs e.. Translate Business Requirements and Functional Design into Test Plans and execute testing as necessary SKILLS: a.. Business Requirements Gathering b.. Communication skills. c.. Functional Designs d.. Process Documentation and Reengineering e.. Ability to work in a high-pressure environment. f.. Ability to work in a team environment. g.. Six Sigma training a plus h.. Training Analysis methodology a plus And must have excellent communication skills. The candidate MUST have experience with Security Applications or Global Security and it must be listed on their resume.
