This is "Client-Pull" web question, not Zope related. Here is an example of what needs to be in the of the page: http://www.foo.com/foo.html";> where 5 is seconds, so 300 would be 5 minutes, and the URL is the next url, leave out URL=http://www.foo.com/foo.html to refresh the same page.
