If the "move data" doesn't work,
you can use the following:
1. If the volume is on offsite ,
update vol volume_name access=readw
2. audit vol volume_name fix=y
3. del vol volume_name discard=y

I was using 3584 with 16E0 firmware. It always caused I/O error and made all
the tape drives offline.
I upgraded to 22U0, it worked fine a 4 weeks. But the same problem happened

The problem of doing this way is that some of the data on your diskpool has
already migrated to the onsitepool if your diskpool is not big enough.
