Hello Sanju, As mentioned in the README, you can still use the old Java library (adwords-api-8.11.0.jar) until the end of 2013 including v201302. (We will add support for new version releases for the old one until the end of 2013)

Thanks Oliver (and everyone else) for replying. Our code wasn't using Conversion Optimizer strategy in that example, but somehow today the exact same code is working as expected. We can see mobile bid adjustments now reflected in the Adwords UI after the API call. Hopefully it will stay that
