Is it possible to get historical demographic data for generated keyword
ideas? If so, please guide me.
Ex: Based on gender, age etc. how many impressions, clicks, CPC etc…, each
keyword has.

I am trying the same endpoint (KEYWORDS performance report) and could not
get the keyword name value. Is there any way to retrieve the keyword name
value? I am getting all other information but somehow cannot get my head
around this.
