After upgraded and switched to Google AdWords BatchJobService, we are
experiencing the error BatchJobProcessingError.DEADLINE_EXCEEDED with large
amount of bidding changes (10 threads were used as usual). The API doc says
this error means Unable to complete a batch in the allotted time.

I tried a few times to remove the existing crm based user lists. but got
the error OperatorError.OPERATOR_NOT_SUPPORTED. Is the REMOVE operator
supported?

Today, I tried to upgraded to v201302, but I didn't see the package v201302
within adwords-axis-1.12.4-sources.jar. is there an issue here?
